Focus on the Future Training Center is a Plano, TX based Private School for Children with Autism and other related disabilities. We offer individualized curriculum with speech, OT, and music therapy. Our unique approach consists of highly individualized behavior management and social skills development will allow your child to better model socially acceptable behaviors. We deliver intensive, individualized training that will better the lives of special needs children in Texas.
In addition to the Focus school program, Focus offers individualized consulting and treatment for children with special needs and their families.
The unique FOCUS approach, developed by Brenda M. Batts, is based on the belief that every child with special needs can learn and progress, when given the opportunity to do so. At FOCUS, our priority is helping children with special needs learn the self-help skills that are so necessary to help them become as independent as possible.
Our goal here at FOCUS SpEd is to design and deliver highly individualized training or workshop-based information that is geared to help provide you with the necessary tools to help your child become more independent. Regardless of their limitation, your child deserves and is capable of living a more independent life.
Our strategy is to offer specialized training designed to help children with special needs better adapt to our society. Without specialized intervention and training, our society is often times too complex and confusing for our children to function in ways that are considered socially acceptable. FOCUS offers a diverse approach, using highly individualized techniques, to teach new skills to children with special needs. We work in the comfort of your home and familiarity of the school environment to create specialized programs designed to help children excel. Our training program has been proven to be successful on countless of private clients and clients contracted to us by school districts such as, PISD (Plano Independent School District) and RRISD (Round Rock Independent School District).
