My name is Stella Levy. I have been working as a Personal Trainer for the past 16 years, with people of all ages and all levels of strength and fitness. I am gentle and careful and skilled.
I began my personal training career while in the army and have learned many training methods. I work with teenagers and senior citizen. My oldest client was 98 years old. I have great references.I can work along with your physical therapist to help you work out and shape up safely.
